Withdrawal requests are processed by GJ888 within standard business processing times. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within a few hours; bank transfers may take one to three business days depending on your bank's processing schedule.
GJ888's standard policy is to return withdrawals to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. If that method is unavailable, alternative arrangements may be possible upon request to the support team, subject to additional verification.
Withdrawals are subject to completion of any applicable bonus wagering requirements. Attempting to withdraw funds that are still subject to active wagering requirements will result in the bonus portion being forfeited. Real-money deposits are unaffected.

GJ888 reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds, void related winnings and close accounts in such cases.
All bonuses and associated free spins have an expiry date, which is stated in the terms for each individual promotion. Unused bonus funds or free spins that expire before the wagering requirement is met will be automatically forfeited and removed from the account balance.
All casino games available on GJ888 — including Slots, Live Casino tables, Crash games and Esports — operate on certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems provided by the game studios and content providers. GJ888 does not control game outcomes, and the results of all games are determined independently of the platform.
In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your screen and the result recorded on the GJ888 server, the server-side result is authoritative and will be used to settle any dispute.
Malfunctions or technical errors — whether in a game, the platform or the payment system — void all affected bets and wagers. GJ888 is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of a technical malfunction, and winnings generated during a confirmed malfunction period will not be paid out.
Sports betting markets and in-play odds are provided by third-party data and trading providers. GJ888 reserves the right to void markets, suspend betting or correct settled results where it is determined that an error has occurred in the pricing or settlement of a market.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on GJ888 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and, where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:
GJ888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or money laundering, failure to complete KYC verification, or activity that GJ888 determines is detrimental to the integrity of the platform or other players.
Where an account is closed due to a breach by the player, GJ888 may forfeit all or part of the account balance. Where an account is closed without cause attributable to the player, any genuine real-money balance will be returned through the standard withdrawal process after identity verification.
Players wishing to close their own account voluntarily — for example, for responsible gaming reasons — can do so by contacting GJ888 support via live chat. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and take effect immediately.
